The restaurant’s rich menu offers grilled meat dishes and an assortment of fresh salads, Denis, and Shrimps and Tarshiha resident Kameel Soussan’s mother has been cooking traditional Arabic food at her son’s restaurant the “Rosemarine”, positioned in the commercial center of Kefar Veradim, for the past 7 years.

Among the house specialties cooked by Madam Soussan diners can find Burghul, Majadera, Chicken casseroles, pullet steaks stuffed with rice and chopped meat and Mansaf.

Salads, made fresh on a daily basis, such as Tahini, Grain, Chicory, cabbage in tahini and many other good salads will be cordially served to the table.

In summer, a watermelon is served here for dessert, and during the rest of the year a magical course called “Beirut Nights” consisting of pistachio-semolina and whipped cream.

Coffee and tea are served curtesy of the house and on weekends diners are offered Baklava as well.
