Yair Sisi and Sammy Siboni are two people who love nature and love the outdoors. After many years of tours with friends and family in nature, through their long military service as officers in command and training roles, they decided to change their hobby into a profession and became jeep tour guides in the area in which they were born and live: the Western Galilee.
The first was Yair, who after his discharge as a senior officer from the military, decided to open a jeep tour company. He underwent training as guide and escort for groups and simultaneously underwent training as a senior instructor for professional off-road tours at Wingate Institute, which trained him in driving jeeps and leading jeep groups including rescue missions.
On his discharge from his 30 year military service in the Golani elite unit, Sammy underwent training and studies as a professional off-road tour guide and joined with Yair in Jeep Sisi.
Jeep Sisi has a fleet of 12 of the newest models of luxury jeeps, that are closed and air conditioned. The tours depart on some 20 routes in the Western Galilee including: Gaaton River, Kziv River, Goren, the Akrab Valley and the lost town, the ladder ridge and the Achziv Reserve, Hanita Forest and the Keshet Cave, the north road and Arab al Aramshe, Ahihud Forest, Mount Ahihud and Hilazon River.
According to Yair and Sammy the jeep tours place emphasis on values, love of the homeland and preservation of nature.
The Jeep Sisi instructors were previously in elite units in the IDF and a large and decisive part of them are graduates from the Wingate Institute in training in off-road and 4 x 4 vehicles.
During the tours an explanation and guidance is given of the area including botany, geography, history and heritage.
Within the framework of the tours you will reach view points and stopping points when you will be served tea and coffee and light refreshments of cookies, ice cream and seasonal fruit.
The people from Jeep Sisi arrange teambuilding days and birthdays which include: rappelling, rope parks, activities and navigation in the outdoors, and sailing in dinghies.
