The restaurant offers a menu that changes daily according to the seasons and the delicatessen products. The menu is written on a whiteboard and is updated every day. The concept is that everything that is available in the delicatessen can be found on the menu and vice versa, thus if you have eaten a wonderful dish of burrata cheese and you enjoyed it, you will be able to buy the burrata in the delicatessen and take it home. If the parmesan cheese that was sprinkled on your fresh ravioli with pesto sauce is the cheese that made you happy, you will be able to purchase the cheese in the delicatessen as well as the fresh pesto, the pesto sauce or the tomato and cream sauce as well as the ravioli or pasta.
