In the industrial zone between Kefar Vradim and Tarshiha, resides one of the best pastry shops in the Western Galilee alongside a coffee shop serving fine coffee, hot chocolate milk with chocolate, different types of tea and freshly squeezed juice in season.
בThe coffee shop also serves the best of the confectionery’s products: pastries, personal cakes, croissants, a large selection of cakes and cookies, including macaroons, deserts and exquisitely rich quiches.
Chef-Konditor Moti Yiprach’s pastries are butter based French style, and he is assisted by his wife No’a in production, marketing and sales.
Moti Yiphrach is a graduate of the leading Culinary School Le Cordon Bleu who worked as a chef in the esteemed Western Galilee restaurants Aluma and Adelina, as well as for the renowned chef Zahi Bukshester, and specializes in catering and culinary advising.
He began baking as a hobby and improved as he followed his imagination in preparing deserts and different pastries while adding his own personal touch and developing the pastries.
Six months ago, the coffee shop and the pastry were opened next to the bakery. The coffee shop is located outdoors, on a roofed wooden deck balcony. Guests sit on bar stools next to high tables on the balcony and in the pastry shop itself. Alongside the pastries, cakes, cookies and refrigerators offering deserts and cakes requiring cool conditions, there is a small bar overlooking the coffee shop outdoors.
Coffee and cakes are served to the table.
