The landscape viewed from the balcony at Hanoked dairy form in the settlement of Gilon is breathtaking: a magnificent view of Zebulun valley and the coastline stretching from Nahariya to Haifa, Mount Carmel and the ships docking in the harbor.
The balcony is scattered with tables and chairs and is an ideal place for eating the rich breakfasts served here or at the “Mool Hanof” visitors’ center.

The rich breakfasts include leaven bread baked on location, salads, antipasti, a cheese platter, yoghurt with date honey and seasonal fruit, spreads, jams, different eggs, tiramisu, sheep cheese with fruit, crème patisserie tart, seasonal fruit and bittersweet chocolate mousse.
Rinat Barzilai, Danny’s daughter, is in charge of the rich breakfasts served here and the brunches accompanied by pies and quiches, cooked by her and her team.
For those interested, the macchiato can be served with sheep’s milk.
