The Achziv winery is a boutique winery that bottles each year 1,500-2,000 bottles of dry red wines; Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz as well as the dessert wine Impression, produced from grapes of the Ramat Dalton, Kerem Ben-Zimra and Safsufa vineyards, renowned for their grape quality. The visit in the winery includes tasting of 3-4 types of wine and is free of charge for families and individuals. For groups Mark offers wine tasting accompanied by light refreshments sitting around a large wood table, with advance coordination.

Mark also conducts short wine workshops at the Achziv winery that include tasting four types of wine and light refreshments.
In the workshops he talks about the 5,000 years of wine history; the Roman period when the land of Israel was considered a wine power and up to our days. Amongst others, he tells the story of the Phoenicians who built a colony in Achziv. A Phoenician stamp is even used as the winery’s logo.
