At her private home, located in one of the alleys of the Old City of Acre (Akko), Samya welcomes her guests to homemade meals of traditional, cultural Acre food.
The guests are invited into one of the house’s rooms which is adorned by traditional items, and are seated around the dining table. Samya serves authentic Acre food, the table is loaded with fresh salads that are served according to the season: endive salad, mallow, spinach, meluhiye, Arab vegetables salad and more. Pita breads with hyssop or onions, fried kubbehand eggplant with tehina are served beside the salads.
