“We search the depth of the ocean, worldwide, to bring you the best fish of the sea and its fruit” says the rich and diverse menu of “Naseeb”, a fish restaurant located in Kfar Yasif.
The large restaurant is spacious and magnificent with its vaulted ceiling, painted eastern style and hanging with chandeliers.
Despite its size, service is fast and courteous; diners barely have time to sit down before a waiter arrives, well-versed in the long menu, and makes suggestions accordingly.
The restaurant offers fish and seafood of all kinds, alongside grilled meats.
Shrimps, calamari, crabs, lobsters and more of the best the sea has to offer are esthetically and artistically served.
Abu Amjad, the owner, had been a fisherman for many years, who regularly supplied fish and seafood to the best fish restaurants in Israel.
Currently, in addition to the restaurant, he also has a large fish store in the village of Yasif. The fish and the seafood arrive fresh directly from the fishermen to diners’ plates on a daily basis.
Prices here are surprisingly fair and the seafood platter is a masterpiece.
Portions are large and enough for two people, however, half portions may be ordered as well; so that a diner can pay NIS35 for a half a portion of shrimps or calamari instead of NIS55 for the full portion.
The restaurant has a rich alcohol bar offering beers and a choice selection of Arak and Ouzo, starting with Arak El Karma offered at NIS40 a bottle to Arak Tumma offered at NIS150. The bar also specializes in a variety of wines, vodka and whiskey.
