Picking/gathering and on-field cooking workshops –the participants of the picking/gathering workshops embark a tour in order to get acquainted with the seasonal plants and then pick/gather together the plants that will be utilized to prepare the meal. After picking/gathering the plants, they return to the workshops tent nearby the “Terrace from the Stories” and all together prepare gourmet vegetarian meals under Offer s guidance. Picking/gathering sessions for vegan or gluten-free (not celiac) groups can be organized as well. The meals include at least 10 different dishes according to the season. The menu comprises soup, cutlets, stuffed dumplings, rice additions, spreads and stuffed vegetables and everything is made of seasonal vegetables.

Even meat lovers find out that they can enjoy food differently.

Fire workshops and fire workshops with an emphasis on intimate relationships – in the fire workshops we shall get acquainted with the history of fire and learn to light a fire using ancient methods: with a bow drill utilized by prehistoric men and using flint and iron. At the end of the workshop, each participant will have in his possession a fire bow drill that he carved by himself.

Since the concepts of fire lighting, keeping the fire blazing and keeping the flame burning are similar to concepts associated with intimate relationships, the “Fire workshop with an emphasis on intimate relationships” was born. This workshop commences by carving a double fire kit, lighting fire, carving two wine glasses and ends with carrying and maintaining the fire until reaching an amazing vantage point and enjoying a glass of wine in the sunset.

Carving tableware with a pocketknife and embersworkshop – the workshop commences with lighting a bonfire using a group fire bow drill and within the tribal fire that was lighted, we shall prepare embers for the carving process. In the sequel, we will get acquainted with the secrets of correct and safe carving and prepare together a spoon and a glass or a bowl.

Prices of group workshops:

100 NIS per person.

Starting from the third family member the price is 75 NIS.

For small groups or guests, the price will be coordinated according to the size of the group.

For guests of the “Terrace from the Stories” and for outer guests, Offer also holds the following:

Story evenings – with a cup of coffee or tea by the bonfire.

Stories about stars – getting acquainted with the seasonal skies accompanied by mythological stories.

Kites construction and flying workshops.

The workshops duration is between 4 – 6 hours.

The workshops are designated for groups of up to 20 participants.
