The Grape House guest house takes its name from the vine that twists through the courtyard of the house and climbs up its walls.
The guest house is situated in an ancient house, the home of the grandfather and grandmother of the owner Maruan Suad, who is also the owner and partner of the famous El Marsa restaurant in the fishing port.
The house is located in an Akko alleyway opposite the “Effendi” hotel and it has two floors and four modern, clean, comfortable, spacious and simple rooms which are not ostentatious.
In each of the four rooms: a mini bar, a coffee machine and the guests are served fruit, a coffee and tea set and milk.
The bathrooms are spacious, equipped with modern bath products and designed with decorated floor tiles.
On the first floor there is a shared kitchen for the four rooms with: a microwave, refrigerator, an electric hotplate and food utensils.
The two rooms on the first floor have a shared courtyard with a dining table and chairs.
The two rooms on the upper level have a large shared balcony with a hammock, rattan sofa and armchairs and a table.
The Grape guests are invited to cook their breakfast in the shared kitchen or enjoy the hotel breakfast at the Effendi Hotel opposite at the excellent price of NIS 65 per person. In the summer the guests are invited to spend time at the bar on the roof of the Effendi Hotel and in the winter in the wine cellar, when they receive a 10% discount.
The Grape guest house is very suitable for couples, families and groups of friends who are looking for somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep or to enjoy a vacation without breaking open a savings plan. This is definitely a place that offers good value for money, at a price that is affordable for all which makes it one of the most attractive places for a vacation in Akko.
