The stone house without windows looks like a cave that one could hide in and very suitable for a romantic couple who want to have time alone together.
Immediately when you enter the space you will be amazed by the beauty of the ancient stone domes and arches and the ancient stones.
To ventilate the place which has almost no openings to the street, advanced ventilation systems and false windows have been added.
An external patio facing the alleyway is adjacent to the guesthouse, however it still offers privacy. The patio is tiled with stone and gives the feeling of sitting outside. It has a seating area and a small fountain when the burbling of the water gives a sense of calm.
A square building in the shape of a cube, painted deep blue, which is hidden and sits on the ancient stone domes, serves as a coat cupboard and the ventilation and heating systems are concealed inside it as well as a special system to absorb humidity as this is a windowless space.
In addition, inside the blue cube, you will find a beautiful bathroom designed on modern lines.
Opposite the cube you will find a modern and well equipped kitchenette which has a seating area on a bar.
The sleeping space consists of a large bed covered with a monochromatic black and white tapestry; there are black bedside tables alongside the bed and opposite a dressing table with a television placed on it. Alongside the bed within a beautifully decorated dome there is a wooden bench with books upon it and on the other side a modern sofa.
The kitchen and the cube and the bathroom are partitioned by an iron sculptured structure which separates between the two spaces.
The guesthouse is part of the global trend which invites guests to stay within the alleyways and feel as if they are locals; they are invited to the wonderful Akko market to purchase products, to wander in the winding alleyways, to meet the local residents, to visit the fishing port, the lighthouse, the Templars’ Tunnel, the Knights’ Halls and the Turkish Hamam, the Turkish Bazaar and all the secrets of Akko within a short walking distance.
Breakfast may be ordered in advance and is served to the guests at their convenience.
